The social casino where you set the odds.
LarpCasino is a simulator. There is no real money here. Nothing can be deposited, won, lost, or withdrawn. Every credit is invented and everything stays on this device. Real casinos keep a slice of every bet and never tell you how big it is. Here it’s a slider.
Cash out before it busts.
Pick gems, dodge mines.
Call it over or under.
Drop the ball, take the bucket.
Three reels, one payline.
Beat the dealer to 21.
Simulated credits only. Everything runs on-device. 18+: simulated gambling, no real-money wagering.
The cut
You set the odds.
Real casinos keep a slice of every bet and never tell you how big it is. Here it’s a slider, and every game shows you exactly what it’s running at. The default is 1%, roughly what a real crypto casino runs.
1% edge, roughly what a real crypto casino runs.
Returned to you, long run
99%
1 − edge. Every game prints this number before you bet.
House keeps, on 10,000 wagered
−100
Credits, averaged over a long run. Invented credits.
1% comes off the top of every bet.
Picking a preset clears bias and always-win/lose, so the game is clean and verifiable. Dice is the exception: its payouts are locked fair, and rigging it moves the roll instead.
Games
Six games, and each one prints its odds.
Crash, Mines, Pinball, Dice, Slots, Blackjack, and more on the way. Every payout table is derived from the fair table and scaled by the edge you chose, so the maths is the same shape in all of them.
Crash
Cash out before it busts.
Multiplier climbs; cash out before it dies. Instant-bust chance, max multiplier, and climb speed are tunable. Speed is cosmetic.
The maths
Cash out at any target t: win chance (1 − edge) / t, pays t. Expected return is 1 − edge for every target. No cash-out strategy beats another.
Mines
Pick gems, dodge mines.
5×5 grid. Default 3 mines (1–24). Sequential picks; cash out or bust.
The maths
Paid multiplier = (1 − edge) × fair. Survival × multiplier = 1 − edge at every rung.
Dice
Call it over or under.
Roll 0.00–100.00. Set target and over/under. Multiplier, target, and win chance are three views of one number. Win chance capped at 98% so payout stays above 1×.
The maths
Payouts are fair (edge locked at 0). Rigging is via roll bias, which does not change the printed multiplier.
Pinball
Drop the ball, take the bucket.
Plinko-style peg field. Default 12 rows. Risk Low / Medium / High reshapes the bucket table.
The maths
Table is derived from the binomial board, then scaled to 1 − edge. Risk only changes which buckets pay, not the long-run return.
Slots
Three reels, one payline.
Mechanical three-reel strip (22 stops). Faces: Clover, Diamond, Heart, Bell, BAR, Seven. Volatility Low / Medium / High.
The maths
Paytable is generated from the strip and scaled to 1 − edge. Volatility only changes how top-heavy the table is.
Blackjack
Beat the dealer to 21.
Six-deck shoe by default. Hit, stand, double, split. Blackjack payout, dealer on soft 17, and deck count are tunable.
The maths
No edge slider: return falls out of the rules. The quoted RTP is what perfect basic strategy returns for this table; the simulator plays the same strategy against the same shoe.
More
New games land here as they ship.
The levers
Including the dishonest ones.
Every game can be forced to always win or always lose, a teaching switch. Most games also carry a bias dial that quietly moves the real return away from the printed table. That is exactly the trick worth understanding, so it is in the app rather than hidden from it.
When bias is set, the printed multiplier stays where it is and the real return moves underneath it. The badge is the tell. Pick any odds preset and both the bias and the always-win/lose switches clear.
Prove it
Run a million rounds and check.
Settings has an RTP simulator. It runs your live configuration (the edge you set, the bias if you set one) and reports what actually came back against what the table promised.
Rounds per run
- Empirical RTP
- What actually came back over the run.
- Theoretical RTP
- What the printed table says should come back.
- Win rate
- Share of rounds that settled in your favour.
- House profit
- Credits the house kept across the run.
- Longest losing streak
- How bad the variance got, in a row.
- A plain-language reading
- What the house took, in a sentence.
This is local simulation, not a blockchain claim. The odds are yours to set, the code runs on your phone, and the simulator is there so you do not have to take the table’s word for it.
Looks
Three themes. One set of odds.
A theme is cosmetic. It changes the lobby, settings and the games, never the odds.

About
LarpCasino is a simulator. There is no real money in this app. Credits cannot be won, cashed out, or transferred. Everything is generated on your device and stays there. The odds are yours to set, which is the point: it exists to show how the maths behind these games actually works.
Rated 18+ for simulated gambling. This is not gambling for money: there are no deposits, no withdrawals, no wagers of real currency and no prizes of any kind. Credits are invented and have no value inside or outside the app.
On first launch the app walks through six steps: the disclaimer, your name, a starting bankroll, the odds slider, a theme, and then you are ready. The disclaimer is the first thing it says, and it says: none of this is real.
